Over the course of more than thirty years, the company “LASKANA” has expanded its range of services to cover the entire forest harvesting process. By developing its services and continuously improving their quality, the company has become one of the largest in its sector in Latvia.
The Latvian–Swedish joint venture “LASKANA” was established in 1993 in the Liepāja Special Economic Zone. At that time, the company’s main activity was timber export. Over the past 30+ years, the company has grown and developed significantly, investing in the creation and improvement of infrastructure, the acquisition of various equipment and machinery, staff training, and the expansion of its markets and business areas.
